OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED — Interim notice. No fabricated jurisdiction claims. Categories (plain language): • Imperial roleplay records — Registry identity, ranks, offices, petitions, instruments, Chronicle. • Authentication — Discord subject id via Supabase; session cookies. • Discord identity — display names cached for presentation; not an imperial authority. • Optional Roblox identity — dormant until linking is enabled. • Uploaded portraits and files — petition portraits and similar; official Registry portraits follow permanent-record policy. • Audit and security records — append-only ledger of commands and access attempts. • Public records — Herald, Acta, Codex, Wanted, instruments marked publicly verifiable. • Classified or restricted records — redacted server-side; never shipped then hidden. • Operational telemetry — errors and rejected jobs for staff operations. • Browser presentation preferences — local display only; not authority. Not every record can be erased. Append-only audit history, issued instruments, public office history, legislative and judicial records, security records, and records needed to preserve other users' actions may be retained, anonymised, or restricted rather than deleted. Requests for access, correction, erasure, restriction or review are accepted through the privacy request workflow. Outcomes are reviewed; deletion is never falsely promised where policy forbids it.
